Exciting new appointments at Premier Insurances

We are delighted to share with you two exciting new appointments at Premier Insurances. These are newly created roles to support the ongoing development of the company. The aim is to ensure we can better serve our customers on a day-to-day basis. Our industry is changing, and we are at a pivotal stage in our own development. These roles will ensure a focus on key areas allowing us to offer our customers the very best solutions for their financial needs.

Head of Protection Sales – Thomas Hayes

Thomas Hayes has moved to the role of Head of Protection Sales. This important new role brings with it a focus on our strategy, plans and targets for protection. Tom will be bringing his creativity, knowledge and passion together to explore the opportunities in the protection space. A key part of this is looking at how we communicate with our customers. Our aim is to enhance our customers experience with us. We will strive to keep them well-informed on the rapidly changing protection space.

Head of Financial Planning – Lorcan Russell

Lorcan Russell has taken up the role of Head of Financial Planning. This role has been designed to ensure our Financial Planning Department is developed effectively to best serve our customers. A key responsibility is to lead and develop the financial services team. This will allow for both the achievement of business objectives as well as personal ones. Lorcan has shown a clear flair for the implementation of a holistic financial planning approach. He will be combining this with his formal qualifications, knowledge and hands-on experience. This will allow him drive this side of the business forward over the coming years.
